The Accommodation.

A delightful, quaint, but charming cottage which can sleep from 2 - 5/6 persons having a pleasant, sheltered and secluded garden with a picnic table, ample parking and a barbecue area. Reduction for smaller parties except in high season.

The Bedrooms.

There are three bedrooms, all with good comfortable beds; double with a 4'6" bed, single, with a 3' bed and the third is a downstairs bedroom, en suite and having a 4'6". Cot and folding bed available. Bathroom/toilet is upstairs.

Facilities.

The sitting room has an open-beamed natural wood ceiling, a colour television with DVD and video player and an electric convector heater. Wireless internet access is available

The kitchen/dining room looks out onto the garden and is well equipped with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dish washer, microwave, iron, etc.

Electricity is metered £1, and water is heated by electric immersion. There is a shed alongside The Cottage containing an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and a chest deep freeze. Linen is supplied, the beds having duvets. High chair available. The cottage has central heating and wi-fi.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking. Cottage is available at 4p.m. and guests are asked to vacate it by 10a.m. on date of departure.

TARIFF (no VAT): From £200 per week Low Season to £550 per week in High Season (heating included). Cosy enough for 2 but large enough for 5/6. Reductions for smaller parties. Short breaks available.

Credit Card payments accepted.

Pets are allowed by arrangement.

 

Welcome to the Roost

The Accommodation.

The Roost is a new barn conversion, sleeps up to 4 persons and is a 'reverse-level property', tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard offering panoramic landscape.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a shower-room. Upstairs, is 'open-plan, spacious but cosy, with a beautiful oak kitchen and dining area one end and the sitting room opening out onto a balcony with patio table and chairs, both with spectacular views of our countryside.

Parking, garden with barbecue, farm trail, sky television, wi-fi, electricity and central heating included

Lovely walks across open farmland direct from the front door.

£250 - £650 per week (heating included)
