The Accommodation.

A delightful, quaint, but charming cottage which can sleep from 2 - 6/7 persons having a pleasant, sheltered and secluded garden with a picnic table, ample parking and a barbecue area. Reduction for smaller parties except in high season.

The Bedrooms.

There are three bedrooms, all with good comfortable beds; one with a 4'6" bed and a cot, one with a 4' bed and an airing cupboard, and the third is a downstairs bedroom having a 4'6" and a 3' bed. Bathroom/toilet is upstairs.

Facilities.

The sitting room has an open-beamed natural wood ceiling, a colour television with DVD and video player and an electric convector heater. Wireless internet access is available

The kitchen/dining room looks out onto the garden and is well equipped with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dish washer, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, iron, etc.

Electricity is metered £1, and water is heated by electric immersion. Linen is supplied, the beds having duvets. High chair available.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking. Cottage is available at 2p.m. and guests are asked to vacate it by 10a.m. on date of departure.

TARIFF: From £200 per week Low Season to £500 per week in High Season. Cosy enough for 2 but large enough for 6/7. Reductions for smaller parties. Short breaks available.
Credit Card payments accepted.

Pets are allowed by arrangement.
